Academic fee includes course fee (tuition fee) and examination fee (first attempt) and can be paid in four instalments: 25% at the initial registration, 25% before the 1st semester examination, 25% at the beginning of the 2nd semester and 25% before the examination of the 2nd semester. Research degree students are allowed to pay the total academic fee as a shared annual payment.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fees for renewal of registration, registration as exchange or casual student, offering courses on non-credit\/audit basis, make-up\/repeat examination in courses, repeat viva-voce examination, issue of certificates and transcripts, etc. can be paid at the time of task\/activity\/ requirement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The institute reserves the right to revise fee structure and rates of fees and charges of degree programmes time to time.<\/span><\/p><h5 class=\"col-lg-12 col-md-6 col-sm-6 col-xs-12\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>OTHER FEES<\/b><\/span><\/h5><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fees for renewal of registration, registration as exchange or casual student, offering courses on non-credit\/audit basis, make-up\/repeat examination in courses, repeat viva-voce examination, issue of certificates and transcripts, etc. can be paid at the time of task\/activity\/ requirement.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>REVISION OF FEE AND CHARGES<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Institute reserves the right to revise or change fees and charges of degree programme without prior notice. Students who have not completed their programme when a change is made to the fees shall pay at new rates for the balance of their programme.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>PAYMENT OF FEES<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Course fee can be paid in\u00a0<em>four instalments<\/em>.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0installment \u2013 at the registration. 2<sup>nd<\/sup>, 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0&amp; 4<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0installments \u2013 before the semester examinations).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">All fees and charges related to postgraduate degree programme should be made payable in following modes:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Deposit to the PGIHS Bank Account 057-1-001-6-0027421 at People&#8217;s Bank or write a cheque to &#8220;Postgraduate Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences&#8221; or pay by cash to the Shroff of the PGIHS.
