This is achieved in alignment with the strategic plan of the PGIHS and the broader action plan of the university.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Promote the adoption of effective teaching and learning methods to ensure the productive and continuous development of postgraduate students and participants in the institute&#8217;s non-degree programs.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It is responsible for the preparation, review, and validation of important academic and governing documents related to the institute&#8217;s operations, ensuring they align with quality assurance standards and institutional goals.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The IQAC educates and engages academic and non-academic staff, as well as students, on the significance of quality assurance processes, encouraging them to actively contribute to the enhancement of program quality.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Regular surveys and feedback mechanisms are conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the institute&#8217;s activities.
