Religious and Cultural Studies

The Board of Study for Religious and Cultural Studies offers postgraduate study programmes and other training programmes in Pali, Sanskrit, Greek and Roman Studies (Western Classical Culture), Fine Arts, Hindu Civilization, Islamic Studies and Buddhist Studies. About 100 students enroll annually with Postgraduate Diploma, Master of Arts, Master of Philosophy and Doctor of Philosophy programmes offered by this Board of Study. Around 50 foreign students enroll annually for the postgraduate programmes in Pali and Buddhist Studies.
